Brief Description:

A brief description of the Most Popular Topics of this Release are:  Childhood and Youth and also Festivals in general, and in particular the Festival of Childhood and Youth Juvenalia '98.

Now, looking at the desing of the Issue, some Topics arises. The first probably is Children Drawings, as the desing of the stamp was made by Melissa Madelen Migliozzi, who was eleven year old at this time and was a student of Sixth grade of the Maria Auxiliadora College of Paso de los toros, a city of the Tacuarembó Department, in Uruguay. Her drawing was the winner of a contest made in the previous year instance of the same festival, Juvenalia '97, and the topic of the contest was "El juego", that means "The play" in the meaning of Children Playing, and the motto proposed by Melissa Migliozzi was "Para ayudar hay que jugar", that in english means something like: "In order to help, play is needed".

Besides this clear relationship with Children Drawing, as the design made by Melissa Migliozzi was two Hands hititng a Ball, clearly in the way that most Volleyball hits are done, this release fit in a Volleyball Collection, and also in a wider Sports Collection too.

Finally, for the Motto selected also Help, Aid, and Solidarity could be Topics of this Issue too.

If you consider that there are another topics in this stamp, that were not spot in this review, you are encouraged to telling me about them, so please do not hesitate to post a comment. I would appreciate your help very much.
