A brief description of the Most Popular Topics of this Release are: The Philatelic Exhibitions and Numismatic Exhibitions in general, and in particular International Stamp and Coin Exhibition, Shanghai '97, as this is the Exhibition that this release is about. Finally, a more comprenhensive Topics are clearly Philately and Numismatic itself.
Then, surrounding the International Stamp and Coin Exhibition mentioned, Shanghai City could be a Topic too, that adds People's Republic of China Country also, and even a Shanhgai International Philatelic Exhibitions Topic.
Now, looking at the desing of the Issue, many Topics arises, some in a way related with Shanghai City and People's Republic of China Country, like The Dragon that leads to a wider Mythological Animals Topic, then The Flower, probably a particular one, however I did not now which it is, and finally the Chinese Calendar appears, in particular the Year of the Ox, and related with this Zodiac Animal, Farm Animals, Mammals, and Fauna Topics became included in this Relesase. These three items appears just only on the bottom margin of both Blocks.
Then, also in both Blocks margins, this time at top, the International Stamp and Coin Exhibition, Shanghai '97 Logotype is included, however, I am not sure which isthe content or meaning of it, probably a Bell or a Gate, and besides that the Coat of Arms of Uruguay is included too, as in many Uruguayan Blocks of that epoch, giving the realease, not only the Coat of Arms Topic, that also all the Topics that Uruguayan Coat of Arms includes, that are: Lighthouses, Hills, Horses, Cows, Animals, Scales, Weight Measuring Systems, and Measuring Systems.
