As Main Topic: Laws or the Legal System, in particular the Uruguayan Legal System could be seen as the Main Topic of this issue, however could be seen also the Access to Information, as a more precise topic, as the law presented in stamp, and tryied to make known is about it.

Then, surrounding the main topic, could be found the followings: The first is Human Rights, as it is a law that enhance Transparency, and with that Justice and Equality,

Another Topic that could be spot is Computation Technology, as it is the main character in the implementation of this Law.

Now, regarding the desing of the stamp: It is clear that the most popular topic that appears because of the design of the stamp is Geography, or more specific Map, or in particular Map of Uruguay.

It also shows in foreground two Hands as Parts of the Human Body, holding the Uruguayan Map, that have the particularity of being represented as made of Glass Material, clearly to simbolize Transparency. And inside this Map there is a Folder containing some Sheets, that is the common Icon that represent Information in Computers Visual Interfaces.

Then, if one wants to dive deeply, as the number of the law 18381 is Palindrome, the stamp could be useful for a Numerology Collection.

Finally, in a more symbolic way: As the law is an Advance in Human Rights, the release could be seen as the representation on the Growth or Evolution, of the Country and its people.

Block:

The block: Only reinforeces the Geography, Map, Map of Uruguay Topic, as it shows an iconic design of this Map in the proof of colour on the right-top corner of the Block.

FDC:

The desing of the First Day Cancelation: It reinforces the unlikely topics of Folders and Sheets, or perhaps a wider Office Equipment, and perhaps a more reasonable collection of Computers or in particular Computers Visual Interfaces.

Then, the Numerology and Palindrome topics are included in the cancelation too.

If you consider that there are another topics in this stamp, that were not spot in this review, you are encouraged to telling me about them, so please do not hesitate to post a comment. I would appreciate your help very much.

The main topic of this stamp is the commemoration of the year of the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC).

This year was assigned to cooperatives by the United Nations ( Previous ) General Assembly, in the Resolution 64/136 published in December 18th, 2009.

A cooperative is an autonomous association of persons who voluntarily cooperate for their mutual social, economic, and cultural benefit.

The stamp has an iconic design, full of diverse items.

You can see in it, a worker digging, useful for Work ( Previous ) topic.

Also a Familiar House and a Factory, for Buildings collections.

And in the last one, the smoke from the Factory Chimney, for Contamination Topic, also for Fluids ( Previous ) Collection, and even for Air related ones.

Then, two Hands ( Previous ) in a handshaking, useful for Human body ( Previous ) Collections, or even Friendship, or Business, ones.

Also a Recycling Symbol is shown.

And, the last iconic figure consist in a fishing scene, that includes the Ship ( Previous ) , and a Fish, making this stamp also useful for Animal Kindom or Fauna ( Previous ) Collection.

The FDC did not add more topics, it only shows again the handshaking icon, and adds the motto that express the theme of this year for cooperatives that is: “Las empresas cooperativas ayudan a construir un mundo mejor”, which is translated to english to: “Cooperative enterprises build a better world”.

Finally, the block, adds many topics in its five bullets that are included in its peculiar design.

One icon shows a man reading a Book.

Other shows two Children swinging in a Hammock, that could be useful in Childhood Topic or also in Joyful activities.

Then, using two bullets to set this icon, a two plate weighing scale is shown also, that fit in Scales Topic, or in a wider collection about Measuring Instruments.

Also, this weighing scale, in the cooperative context that commemorate the stamp, it refers to Equality, and to Justice.

Another icon shown is one representing a man protecting itself from Rain using an Umbrella. This make the block useful in Weather Collections, and in Clothing Topics.

In the same bullet an Injured man appears, more precisely with an injury in his right arm inferred because of the Sling Bandage he is wearing, making this bullet useful for Medicine ( Previous ) Topics.

Always moving down in the column of Bullets, there is an icon showing a Pine forest, so the Trees ( Previous ) Topic is included, and Vegetable Kindom or Flora Topic ( Previous ) also.

Then a countryside scene is shown, composed by a Horseman herding a Cow ( Previous ) Cow, making this scene useful for Animal Husbandry ( Previous ) Industry Topic, also for a Horse Related Collection, and also for a wider Animal Kindom or Fauna ( Previous ) Collection.

Finally, the last Bullet shows two icons, and the word Solidarity ( Previous ) .
