And regarding to Painting Methods or Styles, now it appears the Aquarelle or Watercolour in the main painting of the block, and the Caricature for the animals at the bottom of the block.

Although that from the First day Cancelation and the Specially Designed Cover no more Topics are added, it is worth to say that both reinforce beautifully the Topics: Goats, Reed or Cane, and Chinese Characters. In particular, the Printing Embossed of the Circle with the Goat over the Rocks gives the cover an Outstanding Quality.

Brief Description:

A brief description of the Most Popular Topics of this Release are: Clearly Football or Soccer as the Main Topic, and of course the wider Topic Sports, then going to more specific Topics, one could spot Football Teams, Uruguayan Football, and Uruguayan Football Teams, and inside this Topic, the Uruguayan Football Team being honoured in this Issue that is "Liverpool Fútbol Club". Then, there are some Topics related with this Uruguayan Club, first, undoubtely the English Football Team named in the same way "Liverpool F.C.", and the City and Port of Liverpool, as the resolution to honour that English Team and English City cames from that most of the Ships that arrive at that time in Montevideo Port were being departed from the Port of Liverpool. All of these relations also add England Topic to this Release. Another connection with this Football Team could be done through his founders, that were of The Order of Capuchin Friars Minor, an Order of Friars in the Catholic Church, among the chief offshoots of the Franciscans. Finally, also Centenaries could be another Topic too.

Then, looking at the desing of the Issue, a nice and popular Topic emerges: Olympic Games, more in particular Summer Olympic Games Paris 1924, and Summer Olympic Games Amsterdam 1928, because in the Block , are named four Liverpool Players that won the Gold Medal in Football in one of these Olympic Games. These Football Players are: Pedro Etchegoyen, José Naya, Humberto Tomasina, that won the Gold Medal in Paris 1924, and Fausto Batignani that won it in Amsterdam 1928. Probably the Football Player shown in the foreground of the Stamp is one of these four players, however I did not find any evidence that confirm that. The winning of a Gold Medal trascends Football, and add Gold Medal Winners Topic to the Release, and of course Personalities or Famous People Topic too. Another Topic that appears in the design of the Issue, in all of it items: in the Stamp, in the Label, and in the Cancelation is the Coat of Arms Topic, as it is shown the Liverpool Futbol Club Coat of Arms. Finally in the Label and the Cancelation also Flora or Plants Topic is included, more in particular the Lauraceae Topic, or even the Symbol Topic as the Lauraceae is a classic Symbol of Victory.

Finally, a last sentence to put the attention on that this Release is the Forth since 2013 in which the Centenary of an Uruguayan Football Team is honoured. The First was on March 20th of 2013, and the Team was "Club Atlético Defensor", the Second was on December 11th of 2013 and the Team was "Rampla Juniors Football Club", and the Third was on April 22nd of 2014 and the Team was "Institución Atlética Sudamérica". In the four releases the Block Format of the Issue was the same, 8 stamps with a label in the center.

If you consider that there are another topics in this stamp, that were not spot in this review, you are encouraged to telling me about them, so please do not hesitate to post a comment. I would appreciate your help very much.
