Now, looking at the desing of the Issue, some other Topics arises, specially another Sport, as Basketball, because the release was just a surcharge of a previous one, issued for another Sport World Cup, in this case a Basketball World Cup, in particular the Fifth Basketball World Cup Uruguay 1967, that was held in Montevideo from May 27th to June 11th of 1967, and won by the national team of Soviet Union, a Marxist–Leninist state on the Eurasian continent that existed between 1922 and 1991.

Finally, still regarding the Surcharge Design, the Coat of Arms of FUVA, the Federación Uruguaya de Voleibol Amateur, in English Uruguayan Amateur Volleyball Federation is included in it too, giving the realease, not only the Coat of Arms Topic, that also all the link to Uruguayan Volleyball Federation, that was the successor of that Amateur Federation.

Then, another Topics appears, Balls, or in particular Volleyball Balls, are shown both in the Stamp, in the First Day Cancellation, and in the Decoration of the Covers.
