A brief description of the Most Popular Topics of this Release are: Israel, Judaica, Jewish, Sionism, and in particular Jewish Organizations, as the release celebrates the 75 Years of the Israeli Central Committee of Uruguay.

The "Comité Central Israelita del Uruguay (CCIU)" is a representative body of the Jewish community in Uruguay. It was founded on December 11th of 1940, representing the vast majority of Jewish institutions in the country, and covering the need for coordination and centralization.

Now, looking more at the desing of this Special Postmark, unfortunately it did not add any Topic by it design, as it is only declarative of the event it celebrates.

Finally, the choice of Stamps for this Special Postmark was with the intention to reinforce Israel, Judaica, Jewish, Sionism Topic, so a release of 2013, a Joint Issue between Israel and Uruguay celebrating it Diplomatic Relationships was selected, which add the Topics: Paintings, and the Painter José Gurvich, as the Painting "La anunciación de Sara", that in english means "Sarah's Annunciation" is shown in it.

The other release selected was one celebrating the 70 Years of the closing of Auschwitz Concentration Camp from 2015 that adds the following Topics: World War II, Music, and Trains from a wider Transports.
